1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. mild, sage, or hot sausage
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta, cubed
24 English muffins, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and sausage. Add seasonings. Stir and crumble meats. Cook until browned. Drain off all fat. (You can grind meat, a little, in food processor)
Add small chunks of cheese to mixture over low heat until melted. Mix well with meat. Spread on English muffin halves or choice of bread. Bake 375º - 10 minutes.
NOTE: May be frozen after assembling, but not baked. From freezer to oven, bake 350º - 15 minutes.
Cut the English Muffin in quarters after baked.
