6 medium skinned boneless chicken breasts
8 ounces sliced cooked ham
8 ounces Swiss cheese slices
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon paprika
6 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/3 cup white wine
1 chicken flavor bouillon
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:

Spread chicken breasts flat (with a rolling pin) fold cheese and ham slices to fit on top and fold over with toothpicks. On waxed paper mix flour and paprika and use to coat chicken pieces. In a 12 inch skillet over medium heat melt margarine or butter and cook chicken till browned on all sides, add wine and bouillon - reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Remove chicken from skillet.
In cup blend cornstarch and cream until smooth, gradually stir into juices in skillet. Cook stirring constantly until thickened. Put chicken back into gravy. Serve over rice.
