1lb lump or backfin
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tbsp. minced onion (optional)
1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 tsp. capers
1/2 - 1 stick butter

Clean crabmeat, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over crabmeat. Spread in flat baking dish and sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs(optional). Bake at 350º for 20 min., then broil top for 3-5 min. or until crab mixture is bubbling, and crumbs on top begin to brown.
Do not burn.
