Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. quick oats
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. onion
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
Topping:
1/3 c. ketchup
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all meatloaf ingredients, shape into loaf and place in bread pan. Mix topping and pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
