3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 soup can of milk
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 sm. jar pimentos, optional
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
mushrooms, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together except cheese. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350º in a 9x13 pan. Add cheese the last 10 minutes and return to oven to bake until browned.
