1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (14oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (6oz) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup (6oz) pkg butterscotch chips
1 (3½ oz) can flaked coconut (or 1⅓ cups)
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350º (325º in glass dish). Add melted butter to a greased (or Bakers Joy spray) 13x9x2” inch baking dish. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter; and press down lightly. Sprinkle nuts evenly, scattered morsels over nuts, then sprinkle the coconut evenly over the morsels. Pour condensed milk over top evenly. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan for at least 15 minutes, before cutting. Store in an airtight container, between layers of parchment paper, at room temperature. Can make about 2 dozen bars.

These bars are a favorite in our family. My cousin Michelle loves them. You can omit the coconut if you are not a coconut lover.
