Pie Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vinegar

Pecan Filling:
2 eggs beaten
1cup karo-light syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 butter
1 cups pecans
1 cup sugar
1tsp vanilla

Directions:

Pie filling:
Mix all ingredients together.

Pie crust:
combine all ingredients- divide into 2 balls (you only need one ball for the pie crust) and roll out between wax paper.

Pour prepared filling into pie shell. Cover pie crust edges with foil to prevent over browning and bake at 350 for 25 min, then remove the foil and bake for 20 to 25 min longer.
