2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped ready to serve pork sausage patties, chopped
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour and parmesan cheese in a large bowl; stir in sausage, and make a well in center of mixture. Whisk together milk, oil, and eggs until well blended. Add to sausage mixture, and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon mixture into lightly greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400 for 15 to18 minutes or until golden brown.
