16 oz can petit peas; drained
12 oz can tiny shoepeg corn; drained
16 oz can french style green beans; drained
3/4 c diced celery
1 med diced onion
chopped pimento to taste

Dressing

1/2 c oil
1/2 c wine or cider vinegar
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place drained vegetables in a bowl and set aside.
Heat remaining dressing ingredients to a boil, cooking several mintues to dissolved the sugar and combine the ingredients. Pour immediately over vegetables, cool & refrigerate over night to allow absorption.
