Dressing:
1 lb fresh spinach
1 small onion chopped
1 small red onion sliced
1 c. vegetable oil
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
1/3c. vinegar
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 c. sugar

1 Tbs prepared mustard

1 tsp celery seeds

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the salad dressing by placing all ingredients in a blender and process well. Chill thoroughly. Stir before serving.
Remove the stems from the spinach, wash, pat dry, and tear into bite size pieces. Combine spinach, red onion, egg and bacon in a large salad bowl. Toss salad with dressing and serve.
