"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This cake is a wonderful light cake, it is called a pig picking cake because it has all the flavors to compliment a pig picking. Very tropical in flavor.
It is simple to make and great to take to a large gathering. It does require refridgeration once the topping has been put on, but the topping can wait until the last minute if required. Bring copies of the recipe.... you will get requests for it.
