1, 10oz package, 4 Cheese Tortellini
3 broccoli heads, cut into pieces
1 small red onion, chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package directions, do not over cook. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cooled.

In a large bowl combine broccoli, onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Stir in cooked tortellini.

In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar until well blended. Toss with other ingredients.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. This salad does well refrigerated for several days if necessary.
