White Clam Sauce

1/4 c, butter
2 cl. garlic; finely chopped
2 c. clam juice
1/2 c white wine
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 c. minced clams


1. In saucepan heat butter
2. Add garlic
3. Add clam juice and wine; stir
4. Add parsley, salt & pepper and simmer gently for 10 minutes
5. Add minced clams and heat thru

Serve over linguine or spaghetti

This would make two if my Mom and I were eating it - 4 for normal people.

My Mom and I used to make this when my dad was was commuting to New Jersey and my sister was somewhere. We LOVED this dish!
