1-1/2 lb. Flank steak scored diagonally and 1/2” thick
garlic powder
4-5 pieces of bacon, partially cooked
tenderizer
salt and pepper
fresh parsley


Directions:
Directions:
1. Pound flank steak until 1/2” thick.
2. Sprinkle meat with tenderizer. Garlic powder, salt and pepper and parsley.
3. Place partially cooked bacon horizontally on steak.
4. Roll steak in jellyroll fashion
5. Secure with toothpicks.
6. Place toothpicks 1 inch apart horizontally across roll
7. Cut into 1-1/2 sections and barbecue about 5-7 minutes on each side.
