3 c. chicken stock
1 chopped onion
4 carrots – peeled & chopped
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 clove garlic minced
1 T. peanut butter
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
2. Cover and simmer till tender – 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Puree.
4. Garnish with parsley or/ and diced red apple.
