2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 and a half teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
1 pint shucked oysters
One fourth cup butter
4 cups milk, scalded

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan blend flour, salt, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and 2 tablespoons water. Stir in undrained oysters and butter. Simmer over very low heat and stir gently until edges of oysters curl, 3 to 4 minutes. Add hot milk; remove from heat and cover. Let stand 15 minutes. Reheat briefly. Float pats of butter and oyster crackers on top.
