COOKIES:
2/3 c. - cornstarch, unsifted
1 c. - flour, unsifted
1 c. - butter
1/3 c. - confectioners sugar

FROSTING:
1/3 c. - butter
2 c. - confectioners sugar
1 T. - lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Sift flour and cornstarch together. Cream butter and confectioners sugar together. Add the cornstarch and flour to the butter and sugar mixture. Roll in balls and bake for 15 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Frost with frosting. You can also use melted chocolate, or butterscotch, or white chocolate instead of the frosting.
