1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. + 4 T. sugar
1/2 c. oleo or butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 ( 8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained and save juice

Directions:

Combine crackers, 4 T. sugar and oleo/butter. Press into a 9x13 plan and bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and Cool Whip. Mix well and spread over cooled crust. Dissolve jello in water and add peach juice and set aside in refrigerator to thicken slightly. Arrange peaches over cream cheese mixture. Cover with jello mixture. Refrigerate.
