2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
4 T. onion, chopped
1 1/2 T. mayonaise
2 pkg. smoked (dried) beef, chopped
garlic salt, optional
crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well (may use electric mixer). Shape into a ball. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers.
