1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 cups water
1/2 stick margarine
1 baked pie shell
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 cup water with butter, add salt. In another pan mix flour, sugar, and cocoa together; add enough of the other cup of water to make a paste. Beat in egg yolks, save whites, add remaining water; then add all ingredients together. Heat until thick. Beat in vanilla and pour into baked pie shell. To egg whites add sugar, and beat until stiff and standing in peaks. Pile on top, and lightly brown in oven. Serves: 6-8 Prep: 30 min.
