8 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets
1 bay leaf
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 medium onion, sliced
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1 carton plain yogurt
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes with water. Add bay leaf, caraway seeds and onion slices. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Drain off water; cool. Peel and cut into cubes, add eggs, chopped onion and celery, salt and celery salt. Blend together yogurt, mayonnaise and mustard. Add to potato mixture and toss lightly until well mixed. Chill several hours. If desired garnish with hard cooked egg slices, green pepper rings and paprika.
