1 pound frozen hash brown potatoes/1/2 c water
1/4 c Italian style dressing
1 c sliced green onions
1 c sliced celery
1/2 c diced green pepper
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c large curd cream-style cottage cheese
1 c sour cream
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp seasoned salt
4 oz crumbled blue cheese, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Measure potatoes into skillet. Add water and salad dressing. Cover pan and simmer until liquid is absorbed and potatoes are tender. Cover and chill.

Mix potatoes, green onions, celery, green pepper and eggs in large bowl. Set aside.

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, mustard, and seasoned salt. Pour over potato mixture. Toss gently to mix. Crumble blue cheese and sprinkle over top. Cover and chill.
