4 lbs of round steak
3 bell peppers
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 large cans of spagatti sauce your choice
salt, pepper, italian seasonings, bay leaf, and white wine cooking oil.(1/2cup)

Directions:
Directions:
cut meat into 2X2ins. cubes put into slow cooker. sliced the peppers up in strips, crush garlic, chop the onions add the seasoning to your taste. I love the taste of alot of seasonings add sauce with 1 jar or 1 can of water.

Put everything in a slow cooker and cook on med. for around 6 hours... till meat is tender.
