Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped nuts

Filling #1:
1 (8 oz.) pkge. cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1½ cups Cool Whip

Filling #2:
1 pkg. (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

For the top:
remainder of Cool Whip©
Grated chocolate

Mix crust ingredients together and press into 13x9” pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool.

With electric mixer, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Gently fold in the Cool Whip©. Spread over the cooled crust.

With electric mixer, blend both puddings and milk together. Gently spread over the cream cheese mixture.

Chill well. Spread remaining Cool Whip© over entire dish after chilling and before serving. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, if desired.
