"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Start with a brine solution such as Onion Salt or Onions and Salt to taste in 3 - 5 gal of water. Bring to boil. Add 15 to 20 lbs. of bone-in Pork ribs. Baby Back or any Pork bone-in ribs will do. Boneless Spare Ribs may save you some $$$, but they are too tough and you won't enjoy them. Boil with lid on for 60 - 75 minutes. Remove from water and slap 'em on the grill on a med. heat setting. Next, slather on a generous portion of Bullseye Mesquite BBQ sauce, grilling each side for 3 minutes. Enjoy!!!
