1 16 oz package of fettuccine or egg noodles cooked as directed in salty water
3 cups cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
4 oz Munster cheese, cubed
4 cups chicken stock
small onion grossly cubed
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325º.
Cook pasta as directed and drain.
In a small sauce pan heat half and half and onion just to boiling and let sit for 20-30 minutes.
In a large sauce pan melt butter, add flour mix to a paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add chicken stock stirring until liquid is thickened, add salt. Drain half and half from onion into main sauce (discard onions). Cook until thickened.
In a 9x13 pan spread chicken and cheese cubes, cover with noodles, pour sauce over noodle to cover. Toss lightly to ensure sauce is all the way through. Top with parmesan cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden all over.
