1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 beef bullion cube or 1 tsp instant beef bullion
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
2 T green pepper, chopped
2 T onion, chopped
2 T wine vinegar
1 T salad oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 drops red pepper sauce (Tabasco)

Seasoned croutons

Heat tomato juice to boiling. Add bullion and stir until dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill for several hours.
Serve with seasoned croutons to garnish

This comes from a cookbook Sue gave me at her wedding. I have tried a lot of gazpacho recipes, but to me this is the easiest (no pureeing) and best tasting.
