2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
9 inch graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in saucepan: 2/3 c. sugar, 3 Tbsp. cornstarch, and 1/2 tsp. salt.

Stir in gradually: 3 c. milk

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil 1 minute.

Remove from heat. Gradually stir at least half of the hot mixture into 3 egg yolks. Then blend into hot mixture in saucepan. Boil 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Blend in: 1 Tbsp. butter and
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla.

Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
