1 c. flour,
2 tsp. baking powder,
1/4 tsp. salt,
3/4 c. sugar,
2 tbsp. cocoa,
1/2 milk,
2 tbsp. vegetable oil,
1 c. brown sugar - packed,
1/4 c. cocoa,
1 3/4 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa in a bowl. Stir in milk and oil. Pour into 9X9 cake pan. Mix brown sugar & 1/4 c. cocoa together and layer over top of cake batter. To that, add hot water over whole thing.
Bake 45 minutes.

The cake will rise to the top and the bottom is pudding. This is great served hot with whipped cream or ice cream.
