Carrots (enough for 3 servings)
dash of salt
1 1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
juice lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape carrots and cut into thin short pieces. Place in sauce pan add salt and cover with boiling water about, 1 1/2 cups. Cover and simmer till tender. Do not overcook. While carrots cook, melt butter in small pan over low heat, add sugar and lemon juice. When carrots are cooked, drain well and pour sauce over them; return to low heat and heat uncovered till thoroughly glazed, stirring constantly. Serve in heated bowl. Serves: 3 Prep: 20-30 minutes
