16 oz ground turkey
1 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp oil
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C plus 1 T flour
1 C tomato sauce
1/4 C. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp each basil leaves and fennel seed
1/8 tsp oregano leaves, crumbled
3 oz Mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 C. Skim MIlk
1/2 tsp salt
1 T grated parmesan

Heat 10" skillet with 1/2 tsp oil and cook turkey and onion, until meat is done. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs flour and stir, cook 1 min. Stir in tomato sauce and spices. Reduce heat, cook and stir 1 min. Preheat oven to 425º. Spray 9x5x3 loaf pan. Put turkey mixture in, sprinkle with mozzarella. In bowl or blender, mix egg, 1/2 C flour, 1 1/2 tsp oil with milk and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour loaf and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake until loaf is puffed and golden - about 25 minutes.
