3 medium sized avocados
2 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
2 cans (10 Oz each) plain or taco flavored bean dip
1 large bunch green onions with tops (chopped)
3 medium size tomatoes, cored and seeded and coarsely
chopped (2 cups)
8 oz sharp cheddar , shredded
7 Oz pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped
Large round tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Peel , pit and mash the avocados in a medium sized bowl,
with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream,
mayo and taco seasoning mix in another bowl.

To assemble, spread bean dip on a large shallow serving
platter top with seasoned avocado mix, then sour cream mix.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions, tomatoes and olives.
Cover with shredded cheese.

Serve at room temp with tortilla chips.
