2 Jars (6oz) artichoke hearts in oil
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
4 eggs
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp liquid hot pepper
1/2 Lb (2 cups) cheddar grated
2 T minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichoke hearts, eliminating any hard bits. Drain oil
from one jar and use to saute onions and garlic until limp.
Beat eggs, add crumbs, seasoning, onions and garlic. Stir in
cheese , parsley and artichokes.

Bake in a greased 9" square pan at 325º F for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool in pan and then cut to "bite" size.
