8 c. water
1/4 cup chicken bouillon
1 small onion
2 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 red bell pepper (can use chili pepper if you like it hot, be sure to remove the seeds)
2 carrots
3 diced green onions
1 can kidney or black beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
juice of one lime
1 packed of taco seasoning

Top soup with salsa made with :
2 diced tomatoes
2 avacados diced
season with garlic salt and black pepper
Top salsa with sour cream, cheese and serve with tortilla strips.

Boil two chicken breasts. In 8 cups of water add chicken bouillon, carrots, beans, red pepper, onions.Add garlic and seasoning packet with salt and pepper to taste. Add juice of one lime. Serve in a bowl topped with the salsa mixture, grated cheddar cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
