2 lbs. – beef stew meat
8 – carrots OR 1 lb. bag – baby carrots
4 – potatoes, cut
1 c. – celery, use celery leafs
16 oz. – stewed canned tomatoes, cut
3 medium – onions, cut into pieces
1 T. – salt
½ tsp. – pepper
1 T. – sugar
3 T. – minute tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into large pan. Mix it up a little. Cover and seal with foil. (Don’t brown meat). Bake at 250Ί for 5 hours.

Instead of carrots and celery you can use a frozen bag of mix vegetables.
