1 pkg. puffcorn
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Put puffcorn in large greased roaster pan.
In 2-qt. sauce pan on stove, cook butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Add 1 tsp. bakin soda to caramel mixture when done cooking (will foam)
Pour caramel mixture over corn puffs and stir until all puffs are well coated.
Place in 250º oven for 45 minutes, stirring at least every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour out on waxed paper. Break apart and store in tupperware or plastic baggies.
