1 can – sweet potatoes
8 oz. – strawberry OR peach yogurt
1/3 of 8 oz. can – Cool Whip
1 c. – mini marshmallows
½ c. – margarine, melted
1/3 c. – syrup
Directions:
Directions:
In a baking dish, mash up sweet potatoes. Add yogurt, melted margarine, Cool Whip, marshmallows, and syrup. Mix thoroughly. Use a whisk to beat mixture in a fluffy consistency. Bake for 45 minutes at 325º.
