1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oleo, melted
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Frosting:
3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
2 Tbsp. warm water
1 tsp. instant coffee granules
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Bars: Beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add butter; mix well. Combine dry ingredients, add to batter and mix well. Pour into a greased 8x8" pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until done.
Frosting: Combine oleo, cocoa, water, and coffee; mix well. Gradually add sugar until smooth, adding more warm water if needed.
