Ingredients:  
1 can – cheese soup
1 can – cream of mushroom soup
1 can – cream of chicken soup
1 can – cream of celery soup
1 pkg. – frozen broccoli (any size-bigger the bag, the more broccoli)
¼ tsp. – butter
1 pt. – half & half
1 c. – water
1 small – onion, chopped (optional)
1 c. – chicken OR turkey, cubed & cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. – cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen broccoli in water until tender. Sauté chicken in small amount of shortening, butter, and onion. Combine vegetables in their cooking water along with the meat, all four soups, and half & half in crock-pot. Simmer. Add half of the cheese on top.
