"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

2 c. - flour
1 c. - salt
5 tsp. - cinnamon
¾ to 1 c. - warm water

Directions:
You’ll also need a bowl, cookie sheets, a breadboard and plastic wrap. Mix the flour, salt, and cinnamon in the bowl. Make a depression in the center and pour in some water. Mix the dough with your hands until it forms a ball. Add flour or water so the dough isn’t too crumbly or sticky. Knead the dough on a lightly floured breadboard until it is smooth and satiny – about 5 minutes. Wrap the dough in the plastic wrap and refrigerate 20 minutes before using. Use as you would any craft dough. Bake at 350° for 1 hour to harden. THESE ARE NOT EDIBLE!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:

- Can be sandpapered and varnished when cool
- To add pieces when you're working, dip or brush water on them and press together
- To make hair, use a garlic press
- To make a hanger, thread a ribbon through dough
- Use cookie cutters to shape
