CRUST:
1/3 c. - butter
1/3 c. - sugar
1 - egg
1¼ c. - flour

FILLING:
2/3 c. - sugar
2 T. - flour
3 - eggs
½ c. - sour cream
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. - cream cheese
1 c. - apples, peeled & chopped
¾ tsp. - cinnamon
½ c. - caramel sauce
¼ c. - pecans , chopped

CRUST: Combine butter and sugar until fluffy. Blend in egg. Add flour and mix well. Press dough into bottom and sides of 9 in. spring form pan. Bake at 450º for 10 min.

FILLING: Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and flour at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs one at a time until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Toss apples in remaining sugar and cinnamon. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust. Swirl ¼ cup caramel topping into cream cheese. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing from pan. Chill. Top with remaining topping and pecans.
