1 whole chicken, 1 onion, 2-3 carrots, 2-3 stalks celery.
Cover vegetables with 3ater and put chicken in. Boil till done.

1/2 C butter, 1/2 C flour, 1 quart half & half
Mix these ingredients and heat on low to thicken. Add 3-4 C. Broth, then add vegetables and cubed chicken.

Add two packages frozen broccoli and 16 oz. jar of chees whiz. salt and pepper to taste.
