1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 large baking potato, diced
2 (10 1/2 oz) cans condensed cream of celery soup
2 c.diced cooked ham
1 (10 oz) package frozen corn
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
2 c. small broccoli florets
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pepper, potato, undiluted soup, ham, frozen corn and thyme in slow cooker. Stir to blend. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in broccoli and milk. Cover and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes longer or until broccoli is tender.
