1/2 C. butter
1 C. flour
1/2 C chopped walnuts
8 ounces cream cheese
1 C powdered sugar
1 C Cool Whip
2 Boxes (4ounce) instant chocolate pudding
3 Cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together first three ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust. Whisk pudding mix and milk trogether, and spread over cream cheese layer. Top with more Cool Whip. Cool, then cut into squares and serve.
