2 lbs stew meat, uncooked and cut up
4 diced potatoes
4 diced carrots
1 large stalk of celery
1 diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
3 T minute tapioca
2 c tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix stew meat, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion in casserole. Sprinkle salt, sugar and tapioca over the meat mixture. Pour tomato juice over all ingredients. Cover and bake at 250º for 4 hours.
