4 or 5-1 lb. cans Bush's baked beans (drain 3/4 of liquid)
1/2c. finely chopped onion
1/2c. finely chopped celery
1/2c. finely chopped green pepper
2T. prepared mustard
1/2c. molasses
1/2c. KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce
1/2c. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. bacon frozen, then diced into tiny pieces, then thoroughly cooked
6-8 strips bacon, only partially cooked

Combine partially drained beans, onion, celery, green pepper, mustard, molasses, BBQ sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and diced bacon in a large grill proof/ tin pan. Mix well. Lay the partially-cooked bacon strips on top.
Place on grill/smoker grid and smoke/cook for 1-2 1/2 hours. Once beans are hot and bacon is crispy- it is done! This can also be baked in the oven...
