1 large onion
1 tlbs. oil
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. whole marjoram
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tlbs. brown sugar
1 small can frozen orange juice
2/3 cup cold water
2 tsp. lemon juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Peel onion and cut into six slices.
Heat oil in skillet and add chops and brown well on both sides.
Mix salt, marjoram and poultry seasoning & brown sugar and sprinkle over chops.
Place onionslice on top of each chop.
Mix orange juice, water and lemon juice together. & pour over chops.
Cover skillet and cook GENTLY for one hour.
