4 c. water
1 & 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
1 c. lard or Crisco
1 tbsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
4 eggs, beaten
10 - 14 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and sugar for 2-5 minutes, add lard or Crisco. Cool to luke warm - 110º
Stir in salt, yeast and eggs.
Add 6 c. flour and beat. Stir in more flour until it makes a dough.
Let rise for several hours covered. Then cut and form into rounded top balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheets and cover. Let rise covered until morning.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
