Ingredients:
Ingredients:
¼ to ½ a 1 lb bag of spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c butter, melted
1/3 c powdered or grated parmesean
1 c cottage cheese
½ lb ground beef
½ medium onion, chopped
¼ c chopped green pepper (optional)
¾ - 1 c spaghetti sauce
½ c mozzarella cheeese
Seasonings like basil, garlic, Johnny's, or Mrs. Dash to your desired taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly undercook your spaghetti noodles. Drain and in a large bowl combine butter, 1 egg, and parmesan cheese. Press into the bottom of a glass pie pan. For the next layer, I put cottage cheese, the other egg, basil, season salts, etc., and some mozzarella cheese and parmesan (just a little). This layer is a bit bland so I use the seasonings to spice it up. Then spread this on top of the noodles. For the top layer, I fry up some ground beef and season it to taste. Then I add enough spaghetti sauce of your choice to make it a really thick sauce. Then I spread this on the top of the cottage cheese mixture. I top it with some mozzarella 10 minutes before I remove it from the oven. Bake at 350º for 30 - 40 minutes until it is getting bubbly. Take it out and let it stand for at least 5 - 10 minutes. Then cut into pie wedges and enjoy. This makes good leftovers and it is an easier dish than lasagna.
