2 pkgs unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
No. 2 can crushed pineapple, well drained (SAVE THE JUICE)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice (1 lemon)
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
Pimento, small can
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 tsp minced onion
1 green pepper, diced

Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes
Heat pineapple juice. Add gelatin, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, stirring until dissolved. Cool. Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly and pour into pan to set.
